Designed to improve both functionality and flow, the works created new living spaces including a kitchen, utility room, gym, and additional bedroom, complemented by high-quality finishes throughout.

The project focused on expanding and modernising the property to create more practical, high-quality living spaces tailored to the client’s lifestyle. Through a combination of extensions, bespoke interior upgrades, and carefully selected finishes, we delivered a home that blends functionality with contemporary design.

High Quality Interior Renovation & Bespoke Features

Existing bathrooms and en-suites were fully renovated and upgraded by our plumbing team, while a bespoke kitchen was designed and installed to form the centrepiece of the home. The staircase was also transformed with new oak-clad treads, replacement balustrades, and handrails, adding a refined finish to the interior.

Internal & External Finishes

The property was fully redecorated internally and externally, with a combination of timber flooring, carpets, and tiling installed throughout. Externally, a mix of aluminium doors and UPVC timber-effect windows were fitted, alongside a frameless glass box bay window to introduce additional light and contemporary character.
